Favorite Bible Verse: Don’t sin by letting anger control you. Think about it overnight and remain silent. Psalm 4:4 NLT | But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. Jeremiah 17:7 NIV

Favorite Bible Verse: And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men. Luke 2:52
Luke 2:52 says: And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man. Truett Cathy, founder of Chick-fil-A wrote a book titled: “It’s Better to Build Boys than to Mend Men.” This is the Boy’s Club leader’s slogan. Spiritual, mental, and physical growth is important in the life of a well-rounded (future) man-which each boy will become as the Lord tarries. If you’d like to be a part of Boy’s Ministry, please see Frank Walls. The Boy’s sense of adventure (the way God made them) is also fueled by way of occasional hiking, camping, and boat/kayak trips. Boy’s Club strives to create an environment where each boy can grow like Jesus did!

Church Coordinator and Pastor’s Aide - Katrina Ferguson
Favorite Bible Verse: For those who have served well as deacons obtain for themselves a good standing and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 3:13
The Ministry coordinator serves as the organizational linchpin within religious communities, ensuring that various programs and activities align with the overarching mission and values of the congregation by managing schedules, resources, and information, the Ministry Coordinator supports the seamless execution of events and services, thereby enhancing the community’s ability to connect, reflect, and engage in meaningful worship and service activities.
The Pastor’s Aide ministry lovingly serves our Pastor and first family through prayers, financial support, and encouraging words and deeds. Its mission is to edify the shepherd whom God has placed over this church.
Favorite Bible Verse: And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go [a]therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” [b]Amen Matthew 28:18-20
One of the most common questions from someone who has recently accepted the call to follow Christ is: How can I serve? Where do I fit in? What are my strengths? The Discipleship program will offer both assessment and encouragement to build you up while you humbly remain in complete submission and follow Christ!
Favorite Bible Verse: For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand. I would rather [a]be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness. Psalms 84:10
As a door greeter, it is my pleasure to welcome you into our family. To let you know that we love you and are so glad you have joined us. May the Lord bless your coming in and your going out, and may his love rest on you today as you enter into worship with us.
We also run a ministry to feed the shut-ins as well as do bags for the homeless. If you would be interested in helping, we always need supplies, such as soap, deodorant, wash cloths, packaged cakes and foods that the homeless can open easily. Or if you’d like to help with the soup, we’d welcome that as well. If you would like to be involved in going with us, we would most definitely welcome the help.
Favorite Bible Verse: Train up a child in the way he should go, [a]And when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
Our Mission is to teach, mentor, and show by example, how to navigate this world as Godly women. Our vision is to raise future leaders who are charitable, honorable and excels at her goals, and most of all fears the Lord!

Favorite Bible Verse: “Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; Let thy glory be above all the earth.” Psalm 57:5 KJV | “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” John 4:23-24 KJV | “But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; My glory, and the lifter up of mine head.” Psalm 3:3
At Redeeming Grace Church of God, we believe in the power of prayer. Prayer means talking and listening to God. Since prayer is a conversation with God, the communication must go both ways. When we talk to God, he hears us and we know that Romans 8:34 says that Jesus is right there beside the Father making intercession for us. God wants to talk to you! He loves to hear from his children. In fact, he created you to have a relationship with him. We begin that relationship by giving our hearts over to Him. Asking for forgiveness and believing in him. Prayer is the way we do this. So why not talk to your Father today? He’s always ready to listen because he loves you!
I am here to commune with my Father. He has been so good to me. Even when I’ve messed up, he's been right there, waiting for me to come running to him. There have been so many times when life has knocked me down and I’ve come to him covered in dirt and mud, but he didn’t turn me away. He wrapped his arms around me even though I was dirty. He loved me even before I ever knew who he was. He was always waiting. And when I come to him in prayer, I know he leans down with his ear close to me and listens. I am here to pray, to intercede, to fight on my knees for not just myself but for my brothers and sisters in Christ. Won’t you come and pray with me? Let us join together and fight on our knees.
Favorite Bible Verse: I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me. Matthew 25:36
Our mission is that no one within our reach shall feel alone. That we fulfill the will and hear of God, on the earth, concerning the sick, shut-in, and the widowed. The Old and New Testaments exhort us to watch over and never mistreat the widows among us. Often women, such as Mary, would sit at Jesus’s feet ministering unto him; they were the first at the tomb on His resurrection.
Favorite Bible Verse: Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken. Ecclesiastes 4:12
Here at Redeeming Grace we strive to be the family that God has called us to be. As men and fathers, we hope to lead our families in such a way that is pleasing to our Heavenly Father. Sometimes we need help. That’s why we have each other. Let us always reach out to a brother in need, for as the Word of God says, “they will know us by our love for the brethren.” Our mission is to train men to work according to the spirit, in prayer, word, and service to God. To reach, encourage, and edify men. To establish Christ-centered relationships, discipleship, and service. To begin first in the home as the spiritual leader and expand Christ’s love into the church, the community, and out into the world.
Favorite Bible Verse: Sing to the Lord, For He has done excellent things; This is known in all the earth. Isaiah 12:5
Praise and worship is an essential part of our Sunday services. We come together to honor our Father for his goodness and mercy. To thank our Lord for his great sacrifice for our salvation. We don’t worship and praise to make ourselves feel good. We love to shout and dance here at Redeeming Grace COG, but that’s not why we gather. We come together to give our heavenly Father, the creator of the universe, our adoration. There is power in unity, and our praise and worship brings unity.
As the praise and worship leader, it is my privilege to lead the congregation at Redeeming Grace COG into the presence of God. I stand in awe of his wondrous presence every time I step onto the pulpit. He is always waiting there for us, and my heart swells to know that I can do something for him. He has always been so good to me, and to be able to lead his children to his throne room is beyond words. He deserves all our praise and all our worship, and to know he’s just waiting, perched on the edge of his seat in anticipation, for the moment our voices come together in such harmony, that his own heart soars, is just overwhelming. I am so blessed to be able to lead the music that will bless my Father’s heart.
Favorite Bible Verse: Even to your old age, I am He, And even to gray hairs I will carry you! I have made, and I will bear; Even I will carry, and will deliver you. Isaiah 46:4
If you are 60 years and older, you’re a Senior Saint! Senior Saints are saints who have been through good times and bad times, and we have a great story to tell of the wondrous love and mercy of God. We are a priceless asset to our church and to the body of Christ. Being older does not make us obsolete; it makes us better! It makes us overcomers! We still have knowledge to share with this younger generation. We still have faith to instill in our fellow saints!\
Grace is when God gives us good things that we don’t deserve. Mercy is when He spares us from bad things we deserve. Blessings are when He is generous with both. Truly, we can never run out of reasons to thank Him. God is good all the time. God gave us our elders for blessing and for knowledge.
Favorite Bible Verse: Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, [i]clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32
Our job is to have a heart for God, eyes for video, and an ear for sound. We know that faith comes from hearing and believe that spoken word and song are two of the most important tools for a church service. It is our goal as a media team to provide clear and intelligible sound that is transparent and distraction-free to the listener. The goal of the church audio team is to provide audio that is worthy of the worship of Jesus Christ.
The highest form of worship is the worship of unselfish Christian service. The greatest form of praise is the sound of consecrated feet seeking out the lost and helpless.
-Billy Graham
Favorite Bible Verse: Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.” Isaiah 6:8
Usher’s ministry is so much more than just ushering people into the building. It is an act of love for my Savior that I do this job. I want lost souls to be saved and people that are bound by sin to be loosed. I work in the house of the Lord to make sure that there are no distractions that might keep someone from giving their hearts to the Lord. I love helping those who can’t help themselves to find a seat so they can be blessed. When they are blessed, then I am blessed. I just want to work for the Lord where he wants me to. We are always in need of ushers. An usher’s job is to make sure the congregation is looked after. If someone needs help getting to their seat, then we help them find a good seat. If someone needs directions to the restrooms, we show them the way. We watch over the service and keep the outside disruptions to a minimum.
